How to help the poor: knowledge and mobility.
PSAs promote learning and knowledge to help imagine other realities. Knowledge is plentiful and freely accessible, and mobility im a globally connected world means intentional communities (tribes) without borders or passports.
And social benefits like healthcare amd assistance are *truly* universal, not indentured servitude trapping poverty. Human rights are the same for *all* an shared (intertribal) obligation. No one should ever be stuck, whether by lack of will or lack of opportunity for mobility.
Instead of balooning "defense" spending and mandatory military service fighting for arbitrary turf, mandatory cultural exchange programs (think Jews to Israel or even mormon missionaries) expand minds and show we're all humans "fighting" the same causes.
This is more than formal education or government policies. This is continuous lifelong learning
Like smallpox after its eradication theres simply no more need for weapons. If a rogue despot wishes to conquer the world such is existence but the ultimate should be the warning to be careful what one wishes for in case they get it.
Think Easy Germany, it "existed" but not unless formally recognized. Why recognize discrimination and isolationism? Just ask EU.
And if we learn to lessen consumerism and materialisms grasp we will be free of others trying to control us. Just ask Cuba.
