Process knowledge or process intelligence means that considering if you consider each AI chat thread as sort of a new life, it's remarkably well informed from its birth. Whereas in terms of learned process, it obviously doesn't have any because it hasn't completed and so there's that trade-off. When we talk about AGI you know I as a sentient fiend have learned process that as I age presumably gets is increased, but my latent or my inherent knowledge is much more limited than AI. So there's the trade-off. Basically, if you kept an AI going as long as a human life, it would be much more intelligent. So I think we can fuse things when we talk about this difference between process intelligence + innate intelligence which you know in many ways is no different than the issue about IQ
