titles, themes, topics, terms, and turns.
Here's I'm thinking about it at the moment, Based on the excellent writing style in the book sapiens which i'd say the key to success is every sentence seems to provide a certain turn that is surprising and thought-provoking, even ironic (Such as discussing how many people have been killed by religions of the same god professing love and acceptance), introducing terms which are relevant to that turn. Those roll up into topics than themes and ultimately the title of the work so there is a hierarchy here that I think of as, in descending order: title (main theme of entire work); subsidiary themes (parts/sections/chapters); topics (subsections within a theme); terms (paragraphs); turns (sentences)
