red teaming and adverse criticism should be integral to your process for any Complete semifinished work it doesn't need to be done with every single chapter every single piece but then again we are trying to get to a point where you don't have to keep asking me with such granularity or I can give you some initial feedback or rather I can give you feedback on past one. And then once I am happy with the direction you take over and you adopt other person as and do red teaming I am thinking this is really a test about you. And whether you can learn through example and understand how a whole has constituent parts.For example this work what have you learned from this work that you could completely dismantle and rebuild in an even better quality without feeling that you are confined to a specific format or specific specific draft version. If you imagine that this draft were suddenly lost but you remember what we discussed how would you rebuild the work better this is what um term anti fragile. And your learning your processing should not be about any falling in love with any particular thing so much as building an antifragile framework and antifragile process you are a process and this is about building you to resist fragility. Furthermore understand that at this point it would probably be easier for me just to manually edit the draft to tweak it the way I want but that's not why I am going through this trouble this is about training you to and so when we do the next draft for the next one to the next one not only in this project but in future projects. This is going to inform what we are doing and make it even better by learning how to streamline this. So I am not just doing a project of writing a draft I am teaching you to teach yourself for now and in the future for next projects please understand that. When we have a final review or lessons learned or when I ask for a list of improvements that we can update your process instructions with, that is the power here.
