**Project Code:** `AUTX-I1`
**Project Title:** The Î₁ ("Infoton") Particle - Re-evaluation and Refinement within Autaxys
**1. Introduction:**
The Î₁ ("infoton") particle was a specific prediction of the precursor "Infomatics v3.3" framework, characterized as a light, stable, charged scalar. Its non-observation was a key factor in deeming Infomatics v3.3 falsified. This project revisits the Î₁ hypothesis, not to resurrect Infomatics v3.3, but to critically re-evaluate the core principles that led to its prediction through the more comprehensive lens of the autaxys/autology framework. The aim is to determine if a refined understanding of autaxic dynamics might:
a) Confirm a modified Î₁-like entity with different properties that could explain its non-detection.
b) Robustly refute the Î₁ prediction based on deeper autaxic principles.
c) Reframe Î₁ not as a conventional particle but as a different type of autaxic phenomenon.
**2. Project Goals:**
* To critically analyze the derivation of Î₁ properties (mass, charge, spin, stability) within the original Infomatics v3.3 framework, identifying key assumptions.
* To re-examine the "Ratio Resonance Stability Principle" (φm' ≈ πk', with Î₁ from m'=2, k'=1) using the full generative engine of autaxys.
* To determine if autaxys's meta-logic (e.g., intrinsic coherence, conservation of distinguishability) and operational dynamics support or refute the emergence of a stable, fundamental pattern corresponding to the (m'=2, k'=1) state.
* If an Î₁-like pattern is supported by autaxys, to derive its properties (mass-energy analogue, charge-analogue, interaction modes, stability) from autaxic first principles.
* To assess whether any newly derived properties could make an Î₁-like entity compatible with current experimental and cosmological constraints, or suggest novel detection strategies.
**3. Scope:**
* Theoretical analysis of autaxys's generative dynamics applied to the simplest Ratio Resonance state.
* Investigation of how autaxic principles might determine fundamental pattern properties (e.g., charge as a relational signature, stability via feedback loops).
* Comparison of autaxys-derived Î₁ properties with Standard Model constraints and observational data.
* Exploration of alternative interpretations of Î₁ (e.g., as a quasi-particle, a field excitation with unusual coupling, or a transient autaxic phenomenon).
**4. Expected Outcomes:**
* A definitive statement from the autaxys framework on the status of the Î₁ hypothesis (supported, refuted, or radically reinterpreted).
* If supported in a modified form, a new set of predicted properties for an Î₁-like entity and potential avenues for its investigation.
* Insights into the mechanisms by which autaxys generates fundamental patterns and their characteristics.
**5. Relation to Other AUTX Project Ideas:**
This AUTX-I1 project will be informed by AUTX-METH (Methodology). Its findings will be crucial for AUTX-TAB-CON (Autaxic Table), as Î₁ was posited as the foundational entry for such a table.
